Once we have received your registration, you will receive a confirmation email. At the start of the term, we will also send a welcome email with further information.
Your invoice will be sent by email at the start of the term. Please note the due date, as a late payment fee will apply if payment is not made on time.
You have the right to withdraw your registration in accordance with the rules on the right of withdrawal. For this right to apply, you must contact us within 14 days of our confirmation email of your registration. If this time limit is exceeded, you will be liable to pay the full amount.
If you wish to withdraw your registration after the course has started, you will be liable for payment. If the withdrawal occurs within 14 days of our confirmation of your registration, you will be responsible for the cost of the lessons that have taken place, plus an administration fee. If the time limit is exceeded, you will be required to pay the full amount.
You may change courses during the first two weeks of the term, if the course you want to switch to is not full.
If you miss a lesson, you may make it up by attending another class during the same term, if that class is not full.
If necessary, we reserve the right to appoint a substitute teacher.
It is important for us to showcase our classes through photos and videos on our social media channels. Participation in such material is always voluntary. For minors, consent from a legal guardian is required.
Oak Dance Studio maintains a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination or harassment, in accordance with the Swedish Discrimination Act (Diskrimineringslagen 2008:567). This includes unfair treatment based on sex, gender identity or expression, ethnicity, religion or other belief, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
This policy applies to all participants, guardians, visitors, and accompanying children present at Oak Dance Studio’s activities or premises.
All participants and guardians are expected to conduct themselves, and ensure that any accompanying children or visitors conduct themselves, in a manner that supports a safe, respectful, and focused learning environment. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior, whether by a participant, guardian, visitor or child will not be tolerated.
If such behavior occurs, Oak Dance Studio staff reserve the right to pause or suspend the student’s participation, require a guardian to intervene or remove a child, or require individuals to leave the premises.
Suspension or removal due to violations of the Code of Conduct does not entitle a refund.
